RULES & REGULATIONS

These Rules & Regulations (the "Rules") govern the contest (the "Contest") running on www.sweetspot.ca. No purchase is necessary to enter into any Contest. The act of entering a Contest constitutes acceptance of the Rules and decision(s) of the Contest judge (the "Judge").

CONTEST
The Contest commences on Monday, August 18, 2008 and closes at 11:59 p.m (EST) (the "Closing Time") on Friday, Sept 12 2008 (the "Contest Period"). The grand prize winner of the Contest will be eligible to receive 2 (two) tickets to the September 21st, New Kids on the Block Concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario (date and venue subject to change by the Sponsors in their sole discretion), plus 1 (one) copy of the New Kids of the Block cd titled, The Block for a total prize value of $320 (CDN) (the "Prize"). There is a total of 1 (one) grand prize winner. The secondary prize winners of the Contest will be eligible to win 1 (one) copy of the New Kids of the Block cd titled, The Block worth $20 (CDN). There are a total of 10 (ten) secondary prize winners

ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to residents of Ontario, who are 19 years of age or over as at the first day of the Contest Period, excluding employees of Sweetspot.ca Inc., ("Sweetspot"), the sponsor(s) of the prize ("Sponsors"), any companies affiliated with Sweetspot or the Sponsors, representatives, dealers and agents of Sweetspot or the Sponsors, contest suppliers and Judges, and those with whom any of them are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is voidable where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER
To be automatically entered for a chance to win, email nkotb@sweetspot.ca and type your full name, address and phone number in the body copy of the email. You must enter “tickets” in the subject line. Entries will not be eligible if submitted by any other method, which is not specified above, or if the entry is not received prior to the Closing Time.

PRIZE
In this Contest, there is a total of 1 (one) grand prize to be won. The grand prize consists of 2 (two) tickets to the September 21st, New Kids on the Block Concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario (date and venue subject to change by the Sponsors in their sole discretion), plus 1 (one) copy of the New Kids of the Block cd titled, The Block for a total prize value of $320 (CDN) (the "Prize"). There are 10 (ten) secondary prizes to be won. The secondary prize winners of the Contest will be eligible to win 1 (one) copy of the New Kids of the Block cd titled, The Block worth $20 (CDN) (the “Secondary Prize”) The potential for any contestant to win the Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

DRAW
Within 1 business day(s) of the end of the Contest Period, 1(one) grand prize winner and ten secondary prize winners will be chosen. The contest draw will be held in Toronto, Ontario and will be made from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

GENERAL
The selected contestant(s) will be contacted by telephone or email by representatives of Sweetspot or the Sponsors. The selected contestant(s) must respond within 72 hours to maintain eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner must provide own transport and supplementary expenses to attend the concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

The Grand Prize Package as described is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. At their election, and in the event the Grand Prize Package, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater retail value. Sponsor will not be responsible if weather conditions or other factors beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or part of the Grand Prize Package from being fulfilled. Further, the Sponsor assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever should the Winner be denied entry to the airline, country or venue for any reason whatsoever. In the event that the Winner arrives at the Destination, and the artist is unable to perform or fails to perform for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize shall be deemed to be fulfilled. Grand Prize trip must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion or the prize will be forfeited. All federal, provincial and municipal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prior to receiving the Prize, the selected contestant(s) will be required to a)correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question, b) show valid identification and sign a release (the "Release"): (i) granting to Sweetspot the right to use the contestant's personal information, image and likeness (the "Personal Information"); (ii) releasing Sweetspot, and their directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, and affiliates of and from any and all liability arising out of use of the Personal Information; (iii) confirming compliance with the Rules. If a selected contestant is unable to provide such Release, such selected contestant will be disqualified, and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

In all matters relating to the promotion and awarding of the Prize, the Judges rulings are final and without appeal. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Rules, may be disqualified by the Sweetspot. Sweetspot takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Neither Sweestpot nor the Sponsors is responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become property of Sweetspot and will not be returned to the contestants.

Sweetspot will collect personal information about the contestants for the purpose of administering the Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be directed at contestants, unless contestants expressly consent to receive additional communications. Please refer to Sweetspot's Privacy Policy at the Site for information on our privacy practices and handling.

Sweetspot assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the Site itself during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or any web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a contestant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from accessing any material on the Site. Sweetspot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of the Rules. Should any such attempt be made, Sweetspot and the Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including and not limited to, criminal prosecution.

If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purpose of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be subject to the Contest server machines.
