Have $1 to help Haiti?
Let's turn it into $3.
Sweetspot.ca has partnered with UNICEF – the lead agency for water, nutrition, child protection
and education – to help Haiti through its recovery. We’re also reaching out to our sweet readers
for extra help so that every dollar donated goes THREE times as far.
How does it work? You donate whatever amount you feel comfortable giving, and sweetspot.ca
will donate TWICE as much, automatically turning every dollar you donate into three!
(And, sweeter yet, we all know that the Canadian Federal Government has its own
matching program, so your contribution will go even further!)
For example, if you were to donate $25, we (together!)
would actually be able to provide the people of Haiti with $75.
Your $25 donation
+ our $50 donation
= $75
$75 can purchase 16 blankets for babies, over 1,300 high-energy biscuits, 120 sachets of
therapeutic nut spread, 228 measles vaccines or 9,000 water sanitation tablets.
That’s just what your $25 can do – but absolutely any amount will make a difference.
Sweetspot.ca is committed to raising funds to support this very important cause, and will contribute
up to a maximum of $5,000 to UNICEF Canada’s Haiti relief fund.
We thank all of our sweet readers for their time and generous donations.
